Andy Baker
Since childhood, London's Andy Baker has been captivated by animation, drawing inspiration from the whimsical worlds of Disney’s Fantasia to the playful antics of Tom & Jerry.
After his Fine Art studies, Andy honed his animation skills at Kingston University, blending illustration with animation to carve his unique niche. Post-graduation, Andy co-formed the multi-disciplinary studio This Is It Collective, making waves with their debut project Viceworld for VICE UK, which paved the way for Andy's thriving animation career. He's since collaborated with various artists, creating eye-catching works for notable brands like Vans, Warner Brothers, and Adidas.
Andy’s signature style melds character-centric narratives and 2D cel techniques with a modern flair—his bold colors, fluid transitions, and a nod to old school animation, strike a balance between contemporary zest and timeless appeal.
