We love the visual simplicity of the Portal, and the world you've created around it, showing grounded and relatable real-world businesses. Edward Andrews is the perfect director for this. In his work you'll find a clear sense of humanity - emotionally connected people who feel real and relatable. You'll also find his incredible command of the visual effects world - something that will be critical to further develop and embed the Portal into these scenes, making Lenovo feel like a natural (and critical) part of these people's lives and businesses. Edward is backed by the CG and design capabilities here at Hornet, to enable him to execute the film assets, but also (and importantly) leverage the design thinking and aesthetics across all the various media channels and deliverables to ensure a cohesive 360 campaign.
